Poker Reality TV Series Auditions July 5 - 8, 2007
Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas
The serach for the next poker superstar and millionaire is on as thousands of poker players from around the world descend upon Las Vegas this July for the World Series of Poker.
A digital entertainment giant is holding an open casting call in Las Vegas this July 5 - 8, searching for contestants for a new poker reality TV program where 12 amateur poker players compete for a $2-million prize package - the largest grand prize in reality TV history.
Auditions will be held all four days at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino (formerly the Aladdin, 3667 Las Vegas Blvd. South), in the “Sapphire 2″ room, between noon and 5 p.m. each day. Those interested in auditioning must be at least 21 years of age and have one piece of photo ID. Poker players of varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome to audition.
The 12-person cast chosen will be whisked away to an exotic locale, where they will live together in a mansion and compete against one another in a number of poker infused lifestyle challenges both at and away from the poker table. In the end, only one of the lucky 12 contestants will be crowned champion and awarded the reality TV record-breaking $2 million grand prize.
