Jennifer Tilly: She’s No One-hit Wonder Woman Poker Player
These days, the success of actress Jennifer Tilly’s real-life role as a World Series of Poker champion shows the advancement of women poker players.
With poker now taking up 88% of Tilly’s life and acting only 12%, gone are the days of playing dimwitted, buxom girlfriends and wives.
On June 27, 2005, Tilly prevailed over all and won a WSOP bracelet and $158,625 in the $1,000 Ladies’ No-Limit Texas Hold’em.
