“This is me saying this is who I am. This is my story.” The exact words out of the mouth of actor-turned-rapper, Joaquin Phoenix before he took the stage at club LAVO in Las Vegas last Friday.
Phoenix also debuted his new rapper look as he appeared before his fans sporting a long scraggly beard, unkempt hair and a ripped gray hat.
This “Gladiator” and “Signs” star has said that music is his real love and when he was young, he liked punk rock music, but then discovered rap and fell in love with the storytelling aspect of it.
